The past three months have not looked like daylight saving time as we know it. There were fewer exotic vacations, fewer trips with friends / loved ones and, of course, fewer indulgences such as a delicious ghost at a favorite place on the beach, in a hotel or in a restaurant.
But just because summer is almost over doesn’t mean we still can’t enjoy a good vibe and drink. Whether that trip to Mexico has been canceled or your dream of relaxing in the Caribbean with a drink in hand and toes in the sand, there is a recipe that will make you feel – and are – in a more exotic place let’s face it, we could all use a drink now! Here are a few late summer sips to take us to our favorite hotel.
